INGREDIENTS
- Banana - 2
- Sugar or jaggery - 1/2cup
- Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
- Butter
- Water
- Smash banana by peeling the skin.
- With the banana add sugar and mix well.
- Add wheat flour and cardamom powder.
- Add little water to the mixture.
- Mix everything well like an idly batter.
- In a paniyaram pan add little butter and pour the batter and cook well.
