BANANA PANIYARAM

INGREDIENTS

  • Banana - 2 
  • Sugar or jaggery - 1/2cup
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
  • Butter
  • Water
PREPARATION

  • Smash banana by peeling the skin.
  • With the banana add sugar and mix well.
  • Add wheat flour and cardamom powder.
  • Add little water to the mixture.
  • Mix everything well like an idly batter.
  • In a paniyaram pan add little butter and pour the batter and cook well.
