- Raw mango -1cup
- Mustard-1tsp
- Urad dhal-1tsp
- Green chilli-2
- Red chilli-1
- Garlic-4
- Groundnuts-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Coconut-2tsp
- Boiled rice-2 cup
- In a pan add oil and ghee. Then add mustard, urad dhal, green chilli, red chilli, garlic, curry leaves and cook well.
- Then add groundnut, turmeric powder.
- Add grated raw mango (raw mango should be sour), coconut, salt, boiled rice.
- Cook for 5 mins and mix well.
