MANGO RICE

Ingredients

  • Raw mango -1cup
  • Mustard-1tsp
  • Urad dhal-1tsp
  • Green chilli-2
  • Red chilli-1
  • Garlic-4
  • Groundnuts-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Coconut-2tsp
  • Boiled rice-2 cup
Preparation


  • In a pan add oil and ghee. Then add mustard, urad dhal, green chilli, red chilli, garlic, curry leaves and cook well.
  • Then add groundnut, turmeric powder.
  • Add grated raw mango (raw mango should be sour), coconut, salt, boiled rice.
  • Cook for 5 mins and mix well.
