FISH FRY

Ingredients

  • Fish - 5 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
  • Curry leaves paste -2tsp
  • Jeera powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • Lemon-1tsp
  • Fish fry masala-2tsp (store-bought)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Preparation

  •  Clean the fish in salt and turmeric water. ( we can use any type of fish)
  • Grind the curry leaves in to paste.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients with little water...The paste should be in thick consistency.
  • Marinate the fish with paste.
  • Keep in the sun or fridge for 30 mins.
  • Deep fry the fish in hot oil.
