- Fish - 5 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
- Curry leaves paste -2tsp
- Jeera powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Lemon-1tsp
- Fish fry masala-2tsp (store-bought)
- Salt
- Oil
- Clean the fish in salt and turmeric water. ( we can use any type of fish)
- Grind the curry leaves in to paste.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients with little water...The paste should be in thick consistency.
- Marinate the fish with paste.
- Keep in the sun or fridge for 30 mins.
- Deep fry the fish in hot oil.
