WHEAT RAVA DOSA

INGREDIENTS


  • Wheat Rava - 200 gms
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Red chilli - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Rice flour - 4tsp
PREPARATION

  • Soak wheat rava in water for 30 mins. 
  • In a mixer grinder add onion, red chilli, cumin seeds, curry leaves and soaked rava and grind well in the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Add salt and rice flour or idly dosa batter. Don't need to ferment the batter, you can make dosa once the batter is ready.
  • Tomato chutney and onion chutney will be good for this dosa.
