- Wheat Rava - 200 gms
- Onion - 1/2
- Red chilli - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
- Rice flour - 4tsp
- Soak wheat rava in water for 30 mins.
- In a mixer grinder add onion, red chilli, cumin seeds, curry leaves and soaked rava and grind well in the consistency of dosa batter.
- Add salt and rice flour or idly dosa batter. Don't need to ferment the batter, you can make dosa once the batter is ready.
- Tomato chutney and onion chutney will be good for this dosa.
