VEG BALLS MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS

  • Carrot -1
  • Beans -10
  • Cabbage-1/2cup
  • Boiled potato - 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour - 2-3tsp
  • All-purpose flour ( maida ) - 2tsp
  • Corn flour - 2tsp
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 4nos
  • Tomato sauce - 2tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1tsp
  • Capsicum 
  • Spring onions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves
PREPARATION

VEG BALLS

  • In a bowl add chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, boiled potatoes, rice flour, all-purpose flour, corn flour, chilli powder and salt. 
  • Mix everything well and make it balls.
  • Deep fry the balls in oil.
MANCHURIAN
  • Add two spoons of oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.
  • once it is cooked add capsicum and saute for 3-4 mins. Then add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and cook for 2- mins.
  • Mix 1tsp of corn flour with water and add in the Manchurian gravy.
  • Then add veg balls in the Manchurian cook for another 5 mins.
  •  Finely add chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
