Pallipalayam chicken fry recipe :
non-veg dry roasted chicken

INGREDIENTS:
FOR PALLIPALAYAM CHICKEN :
- Chicken - 500 grams (with bones)
- coconut oil - 3 tablespoon
- garlic cloves - 15 (small)
- Indian shallots - 100 to 150 grams
- dried red chilies - 8 to 10
- turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt as required
- curry leaves - 4 springs
- coconut (chopped) - 1/4 cup
FOR THE GARNISH:
- coriander leaves chopped
PREPARATION:
- Grind Indian shallots , garlic and 5 red chilies into coarse paste in the mixer/blender.
- heat oil in the pan, add the remaining red chilies and chopped coconut to it.
- add in the grounded paste and fry .
- add turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir for a minute.
- add chicken and salt .
- cook the chicken in medium flame for about 30 to 40 mins .
the chicken would be dry after 40 mins , then add coriander leaves and curry leaves to it.
do cook and feel the delectable dish.
