MINT JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • Mint leaves -250gms
  • Sugar - 3tsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon -1
  • Water
PREPARATION

  • Wash the mint leaves and add sugar, salt, cumin powder, water in a mixer grinder and blend it well.  
  • Strain the juice and lemon juice and stir well.
  • Add ice cubes before serving.
  • It helps in digestion problems.
