BABY CORN FRIED RICE


Cooking time: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Ginger - 5gms
  • Garlic - 5gms
  • Greenchilli - 2nos
  • Tricolour capsicum - 50gms (green, red, yellow )
  • Baby corn - 150 gms
  • Spring onion - 25gms
  • Red chilli sauce - 2tsp
  • Green chilli sauce - 2tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 3tsp
  • Salt
  • Cashew nuts
  •  Fried rice mix ( store-bought)
  • Black pepper powder
  • Sugar -1tsp
  • Cooked basmati rice - 250gms
PREPARATION
  • Add two tsp of water in a pan and add one tsp of sugar and caramelised it. Then add finely chopped ginger,  green chilli and white part of spring onions.
  • Once it's cooked then add chopped tricolour capsicum, baby corn, green part of spring onions and cashew nuts and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add required salt and pepper. Then add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and cook for another 5 mins on medium flame by closing the pan.
  • Open the pan and add tomato sauce, cooked basmati rice and store-bought fried rice mix and mix well.
