INGREDIENTS
- Ginger - 5gms
- Garlic - 5gms
- Greenchilli - 2nos
- Tricolour capsicum - 50gms (green, red, yellow )
- Baby corn - 150 gms
- Spring onion - 25gms
- Red chilli sauce - 2tsp
- Green chilli sauce - 2tsp
- Soya sauce - 2tsp
- Tomato sauce - 3tsp
- Salt
- Cashew nuts
- Fried rice mix ( store-bought)
- Black pepper powder
- Sugar -1tsp
- Cooked basmati rice - 250gms
- Add two tsp of water in a pan and add one tsp of sugar and caramelised it. Then add finely chopped ginger, green chilli and white part of spring onions.
- Once it's cooked then add chopped tricolour capsicum, baby corn, green part of spring onions and cashew nuts and saute for 5 mins.
- Add required salt and pepper. Then add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and cook for another 5 mins on medium flame by closing the pan.
- Open the pan and add tomato sauce, cooked basmati rice and store-bought fried rice mix and mix well.
